Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of skyvier.com and any Skyvier product or environment that links to them. By using our sites or services, you agree to these terms.

Last updated 7 August 2026

Who may use Skyvier

You may use our public website freely. Skyvier OS and other governed environments are private and available by invitation or an existing access grant only. You must be authorised to access them, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Accounts, invitations, and access

Access is granted to a named person for a defined scope. Do not share your credentials or an invitation link with anyone else, and do not attempt to access data, products, or organisations outside the scope you were granted. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Being signed in does not by itself authorise you to view any particular information. We may grant, narrow, suspend, or revoke access at any time.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse, probe, scan, or attempt to defeat our security or access controls.
  • Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute content or data from our services.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deliberately misleading material.
  • Do not use our services to violate anyone's privacy or legal rights.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, role, or authority.

Your content

You keep ownership of material you submit. You grant Skyvier a limited licence to host, process, and display that material for the purpose of operating the service for you and for the people you are authorised to share it with. You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit.

Confidentiality

Information available inside a Skyvier environment is confidential unless it is clearly published publicly. Do not disclose it outside the scope for which it was shared with you.

Intellectual property

Skyvier and its licensors own the sites, the software, the design system, the product names, and the marks used across the portfolio. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

Public information

Material on our public website is provided for general information. Products, features, and roadmaps described here may change, and forward-looking statements are not commitments or guarantees.

Third-party links and services

Our sites may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

Disclaimers and liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyvier is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if access is no longer authorised, or if we need to protect our users or services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
